Hi my name is Ashlyn Hernandez!. I am about to be 16 and I am seriously into photography!. I live in Wichita KS and I need some jumpstarts or photography jobs or something!. I've been doing photography since I was in 6th grade!. Im now in 10th!. Anyone in this area who needs a photography job done or something!. Or if you know anything to help me, hit me up on here!. Create a portfolio on the internet, using blogspot, etc!. Just get ALL the experience you can, show as many people that will look at it, get your name out there as a photographer!. See if any studios in your area need apprentices- even if it's for free, the experience is priceless!.

The key answer involves a question; what is your definition of "good!?" If your definition of a good job means high pay; forget it as you won't find it as a high school student and without some major experience behind you!. If your definition means a job that offers you some excellent opportunities to build your portfolio, do work for the school paper and yearbook!. Photographing at school events and sports activities will also get you opportunities to learn how to work under pressure and, if your shots end up being good, could help you make the contacts needed for a future career!.
Unfortunately, being 16 prevents you from working in an environment that those over 18 can get (such as professional newspapers and magazines)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Why don't you look in your local phone book for photography studios!. Give them a call to see if they are hiring!.
