On photos, how do you get a picture so that part of it is in colour (e!.g!. your clothes or body) and then the rest is in black and white!?
I don't have photoshop or anything, so i can't really use that :(

http://www!.picnik!.com so i'm not sure if you could do it on there!. On that website you can do it, but you can't get the colour in precise areas if you know what i mean!.

Yes!. You can do that on Picnik!. I get what you mean!.
So!.!. Go on picnik, and then click on a photo you want to work on, after that, click onto the tab call "Create"!. There, go to the tab which says "Effects"!. Scroll down until you see subject "Area"!. Click onto Focal B&W!. There you have it!. :)
You can control the size of the focal by pressing the bar on the left top which says "Focal Size"!. You can control the hardness of the edge by pressing the bar on the left bottom - "Edge Hardness"!. The effect can be reversed if you click on the box at the bottom of the box thingy!. You can try the "Fade" part yourself & see whether you like it or not!.
Picnik is a pretty awesome tool!. I love it!.

gimp is a free program like photoshop, i got it but it was too hard for me to use, just because!.!. well i don't know, i'm not good with this haha! but ask any fan of photo editing and they will probably tell you its good!.
