Do you mean a logo!? I am not trying to be insulting, but since you don't seem to know the basics involved, find somebody who does!. If you can't afford to approach a professional graphic designer and have them design a logo (which is what you really ought to do if you can), then ask your fans--or band members' friends, family members, teachers, and anybody else you know--if they or anyone they know has any art background!. Then ask them to help you develop a logo or recommend somebody who can!. I've worked with bands who had almost all of their artwork done for free (or dirt cheap) by loyal fans!.

If you really mean a font, like a complete set of letters and numbers to use on your CD covers, flyers, T-shirts, etc!., then you still need to talk to somebody who knows what they're doing!. In this case, a type designer!. You can find plenty good ones online, of course; otherwise ask any graphic designers you know if they can refer you to somebody, or check with the art faculty at the local college!.
