How do you make cut up t-shirts? Please help me.?

Question: How do you make cut up t-shirts!? Please help me!.!?

I want to cut the edges(sides and bottom) or a t-shirt and tie it up to make it a little cuter for halloween!. I also want to add glitter on it with out using long chunkey glue!. Is their a spray-on glue you can get!? If you know anything i will read it and, well please help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can get spray on glue at places like Aaron Bros (an art and framing store) or any good art store!. One bottle will do about 30 tee shirts!. As for cutting, just cut !.!.!. but be sure that the tee is straightened with a piece of cardboard and cut along the 'fold' if you want straight cuts, or simply cut if you want 'wrinkled cuts' !.!.!. and have fun on Halloween!
