Having problems installing photoshop plugins, ?

Question: Having problems installing photoshop plugins, !?

!.!.!.!.specifically filters,,, after I have downloaded and installed them, I open Photoshop ,open an image but when I try to use the filters, I get an error message saying "memory access violation"
