Sharpening something THIS blurry is difficult but I did a little bit and color corrected and airbrushed your face!.!.!. I think a glow would be better so I'm giving you two options

Sorry, without having a much clearer idea of what you want I'm going to duck the editing, but suggest how you can tackle it yourself!. There are good FREE options to Photoshop!. You could try Gimp(http://www!.gimp!.org/) or Paint!.net(http://www!.paint!.net/) as both have a significant proportion of the facilities offered by Photoshop!. PCWorld magazine recently recommended Paint!.net!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you do not say what kind of editing is required, and your link does not got go a photograph!. pls give more detail and provide valid photo link!.

there are online editing programs that you can use for free!. just upload your photograph to the site and you can crop, resize, colour etc!. try these:
