Question: Does anyone know a program/way that can be used to eliminate "censorship" black bars in photoshopped photos!?
You know those black bars people put over their eyes to be "anonymous"!. I thought I saw a program that would do it a few months ago, but I don't remember what it was!. I'm pretty sure the black bars I'm looking to get rid of were done in MS paint or maybe photoshop!. I have mediocre photoshop skills so if you know a way with photoshop tell me!.!.!. THANKS!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

The only way you could expect to find information beneath the black bar would be if the image was still layered (pdf format)!.

Otherwise it's a pipe dream!.

No!. Most images, to save space, only save visible layers, meaning that it just saves the black bar, doesn't save the data underneath it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
