Go to college and University with the subject as part of the course is that they find you work placements!. In one course of animation Tim Burton picks 5 of the best people from the course to work with him!.
But for you, I would suggest writing in to places such as the BBC for work experience or too a company such as Pixar or Dreamworks!. The more you get yourself noticed by companies the more chance you have of getting somewhere in the world of work!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
