Question: What would you call this photo effect!?

I saw this picture & I just thought it looked amazing!. I was just wondering if the effect has sort of a name & how I could do it to my photos on Photoshop!.

Mostly that's just the crappy snapshot look!. The technical details are 1) overexposure (could simulate with levels), 2) reduced color saturation, and 3) color balance a little off - skewed toward the magenta, I think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The finger over the lens or her face!? If you're talking about her face, it just looks like the sun chose to shine on it!. That's the only 'effect' I see!. If you do in fact mean the finger!.!.!.I'm sure you can work out how to pull that one off!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i would call it poor quality effect!. it's badly exposed, and badly posed and not at all well composed!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
