Question: Please Help Me! What are the most helpfull tutorials to learn portrait retouch with Photoshop7!?

Some tutorials say Adobe Photoshop but contradictory gives CS3 programme tips!.
I only have Phothoshop 7 in my PC!.
I mean something with graphics and not You Tube, please!
It has to be free i dont have money to buy another programme!.
