Question: Ive got black and white pictures and i want to make one object colour!.!. how can i do it on picasa!? !?

photoshop is sooo hard to use!.!.!. or im just a retard :L

picasa has focal b&w effect to limit area on colored image, and change the rest to b&w, theres no option to add color overlay to original b&w

if you have photoshop,
you can open b&w image,
create new layer,
colour item,
adjust layer mode overlay and adjust transparency,
you can paint over with more colours to blend with features,
~you can also select with lasso tool, and use colorize options,

Photoshop is hard to use, but it is by far the best of the Image editing programs, so definitely worth learning, heres one way to do it in Photoshop;
