How do I do that!? What colors should I use to mix them!? Note: We cant use ready made Black!. Interesting huh!? Blue purple is kinda dark but it's not black or dark enough at all!. Black is not a color, and the only "black" is by mixing the "black" pigments that are available with your oils and binders!. The original (classical) blacks were made with "lamp black"!. You can make this yourself if you like to get messy!. Just buy black, it is one of the cheapest pigments available!. The closest to "black" you can get by mixing "colors" would be a dark "optical gray"!. If it reflects light, it is not black!. This is a test, right!? It varies between certain blue and or browns!. How much blue you can put into brown or how much brown is put in to blue!. Just experiment with color on the palette and just put them out in front of you!. Dark green with red makes a dark maroonish!.
