Question: If both my lens and my camera has aperture controls, which do I use to set my aperture!?
I don't know if I am asking this question right!. I have a Nikon D70s and I want to get an AF NIKKOR 50mm f/1!.8D lens!. It looks like the lens has controls to change the aperture right on the lens!. Which is better; to control aperture using the aperture ring on the lens or set apertrue on the camera!. If I use the camera, what setting should I put the lens on, or vice-versa!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Lock the aperture and use the adjustment using your camera!.
