I'm looking for a simple, free program to make animated GIFs with!. Ideally, it doesn't have significantly more functionality than Paint; I want something that I can make something in right away rather than have to spend an hour learning!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the gif animator that goes with paint is available, you can draw images in paint, then paste into animator,
