You mean depth of field!. The TZ3 is a point & shoot camera which means it gives you no option to adjust your aperture!.

Your only option is to select one of the Scene modes!. For instance, if you select 'Portrait', the camera will select a wide aperture of around f/3!.3 or a bit higher for a shallow depth of field (f/3!.3 is your camera's widest aperture)!.

And, if you select 'Scenery', the camera will apply a higher f number (smaller aperture) for a greater depth of field!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
