Question: What kind of font is easy to read!? !?

I am writing a book on health!. I originally used Times New Roman but it looks so harsh in print I appreciate any suggestions and thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Arial is a commonly used font!. I believe this answer font is Arial or a version of it!.
