If I found a box of really old dried-out paints, is there any way to restore them to a usable state!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

If they are acrylic there is no way to restore them!. If they are watercolors you can cut open the tubes with wire cutters and use the paint inside!. Watercolors are reactivated when wet!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
