Question: Do u like this picture!?
I'm trying to get together a portfolio of my photography and I'm deleted a lot of old photos that were inexperienced and old!. This picture is bad quality, I know, but aside from that, do you like the picture!? I think the subject doesn't stand out enough!. I would edit and take away color from the background, but I don't have an editing program at the moment!.!.!. If anyone could be nice enough to seriously edit it and make it better- although it's probably not worth it- that would be nice!. I really don't want to trash the picture, this is when I first started photography over a year ago, but I love this picture, but I can't edit it myself!. Picture:

I would not delete or modify the picture in any way, rather I would keep it as a reference, a way point if you were on an artistic journey!. It's always good to look back on past efforts to compare your latest work with, and see if you have learned from past errors!.
Personally I like the photo, you have followed the rule of thirds, and the walkway leads you around to the models face!. The verticals are slightly out, not quite enough to be deliberate but sufficient to be frustrating!. The picture would probably have benefited from a fill in flash to highlight the model!. I like this pic!. I agree that you should either make the background grey and make the colors on the subject more vibrant or you should do the opposite!. Grey the subject and then make the background more vibrant!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You should make the background greyscale, and colour ur shirt a more vibrant shade of yellow!. and the sweater shouldnt be grey

There is NO reason for you to not have an editing program!. If you received software with your camera, chances are they included something to edit photos with!. also, GIMP is a free image manipulation application

Some people think it's better than Photoshop!. Plenty of Open Source support for it!.!.!.
As for deleting images!.!.!.!.storage space is SO cheap these days there is no reason to delete anything!. I've kept everything!.!.!.I will go back through and work with pics I've not touched for a couple of years!.!.!.!.and they strike me differently!. Different perspective!.!.!.!.I dont know but dont delete stuff!.!.!.burn it to CD or DVD!.!.!.!.if you need to reclaim space!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
