This stuff is called Ascii art, it stands for American Standard Code for Information Interchange!.

Here's a website that has heaps!.

It's not that great but it should get you started, just google "ascii"!.

That's called ASCII art!. Like the person above me said, people make them!. I'd search for "ASCII art" on Google or something, but remember to ALWAYS ask the original artist if you can use it and how s/he would like to be credited!. There is nothing--NOTHING--more discouraging than seeing your work all over Myspace without any kind of credit to you!. People don't get it from sites!.
They make them!.
They press Alt and any number on the right side of your keyboard, and let go of alt, a symbol pops up!. Try Alt25!.
It's an arrow pointing down!.
