Question: Which image is the real you!?

The image you see yourself in the mirror, or in the photo!? Cuz sometimes thy look a bit different!. Can someone explain from an optical point of view which one is the one other people see you!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

alot of the times, its not about you being in a mirror or in a photo, it most likely depends on the lens used to produce the reflection/image, such as fish eye lense have a wider spread making some things look really wide and then other will make people look very narrow, but for most of all people see you as you are in the mirror, because as the saying goes "camera adds ten pounds" well i hope i helped!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The real you isn't necessarily what you see, it's more what you feel!.

Mirrors can distort your figure!.!.!. just think about fun houses!.

Cameras (which also have mirrors inside) can distort your figure!. The lens and the angle can make you look different!.

Our eyes can also distort our figure!.!.!. just think about how many different lenses there are out there for our glasses/contacts!.

The way we physically feel (think about the blind) is as accurate as we can get!. Our bodies may change, but that is the real us!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I believe in a photo! It's more clear and it freezes that moment!. In a mirror it's like a deception!. People with low self esteem look at the imperfections!. In a photo you could still see that but your character is well known and accepted at that time!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
