Can anyone tell me a good brand of colored pencils?

Question: Can anyone tell me a good brand of colored pencils!?

I bought a box of colored pencils from AC/Moore(sp!?) and they work fine, but i was just wondering if there were any REALLY good brands out there!

You asked for a "good" brand of colored pencils!. There are lots of good ones!. Prismacolor is good!.
For a really good pencil try Conte'!. They also make pastels, they have been around for a long time and many professionals swear by them!. You will love them!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with the reply of the prisma colors but you may find that you want to have colored pencils that can do various things for your subject matter!. I am keeping a log of my colored pencils and I do not buy expensive ones!. The different pigments will be used for what they can do best; for example, the pencils with the colors that aren't very bright will be used for details in the far horizon!. The brighter colors will be used for objects that are closer to the viewer!. Have fun with it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
