Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: If the picture was taken in a public place where the subject had "no ressonable expectation of privacy" then you can use the photo for non-commercial reasons!. If you are using it commercially you need a release as right of image/right of privacy comes in to play Www@QuestionHome@Com If the picture was taken in public or in plain view you don't even need to cover their eyes!. Just look in any US, National Enquirer, etc!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com If it's a private picture, then no!. Would you want someone to post a picture of you even though they covered your eyes!?
