I'm looking to record some rap vocals!. I have a 30 second clip in mp3 format that I recording using the following:
Software
Adobe Audition 3!.0
Hardware
$200 Sterling Condenser Mic, phantom power, connected directly to my laptop's USB port via a USB mic adaptor (mic is not USB itself), pop filter
Laptop- PC, Windows Vista, standard factory soundcard
Recording environment- large closet- anywhere else in my house sounds too "airy"
I was wondering if any experts out there would be willing to take the sample I send them and make it sound as close to studio quality as possible using just Adobe 3!.0, send it back to me and provide the instructions and/or screenshots of the steps you used to achieve the final product!?
