Question: How can I eliminate the people in this picture without ruining the background!?

I just want to erase the girl in the foreground and the baby on the sand (leaving the girl behind them)!. How can I do it,and what kind of program should I use!?

It's a quickie, but not too bad!. I used photoshop with most a clone stamp tool!. If I had more time I would've probably blended it more and adjusted for some color correction!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
