All of Dali's works are legally copyrighted by his estate!.

However, if you are only using the image as a non-profit homage to Dali you'll probably be okay!. Selling a copyrighted image for profit could get you in trouble!.

But you always contact the Dali estate and ask them yourself for permission to alter and use the image!. You can e-mail yourself using the e-mail address from this link:
