I don't think you can create an image by using Adobe Flash, that program will let you make cartoons for movement!. The actual design effect you need to create the cartoons or images is in Adobe Photoshop!. photoshop program lets you design images with different tools such as, paint brush, pencil, textures, special affects!. It provides you with different layers, please try to explore using Adobe photoshop it's a good software program for artists!. (It has an airbrush as well!.)

You do not need flash!. Flash is one of those programs that you need to actually take a class in!. I would say you could easily use photoshop to do this!. There are several tutorial sites online that could help you understand the different tools photoshop has to offer!. You could easily draw your own characters, scan the images into photoshop using a high 300 or more dpi scanner and simply add color using the brush tool!. To keep the colors and paint inside the areas, use the marquee tool!. If you need help, don't hesitate to ask me!. also try filling the selection with color, then using the dodge or burn tool to make the color lighter or brighter depending on the area where you are working!. well its very difficult but, you probably need flash player to make a video of pics like that or just use it to make still pictures, if you do not want to go out and spend $100 on a program thats not that good because its not even complete, they are always upgrading and downgrading it!. you should just use paint lol!Www@QuestionHome@Com
