They are very nice!. I think playing with the light a bit can help!.

You can do some things fairly easily - like make a little tent with a white garbage bag and put it over the flower to tone down the highlighted areas!. It helps diffuse the light, which evens the lighting out!.

Consider trying to backlight some of the flowers - use a little mirror and reflect the sun into the back of the flower - it will make the flower's color explode!.

Bring a water mister with you and lightly spray the flower (take all the dry pictures you want first!)!. In sunlight, you can get some nice sparkles!.

They are all quite nice, actually!. They show great composition, but perhaps a couple can be improved upon!.

These two are a bit blown out, and could probably use a few thirds exposure compensation, or a good diffuser to soften the light a little!. also, a few others could have been framed better, like this one for example: http://s531!.photobucket!.com/albums/dd360!.!.!. - and this one: http://s531!.photobucket!.com/albums/dd360!.!.!. - to better define the subject!.

The first for the awesome use of colour, and the second for the composition!.

You can improve by perhaps trying lots of new angles, and generally experimenting a bit more with your photography!.

I like number 11, it has a nice focal point and I like how the edges are out of focus!. I think subject matter is very imporant in photography, and coming up with good ideas for themes!. Check out this photographers page, she has some good compositions and ideas for pictures!. She uses a self timer for almost all her pictures!.
