Question: I've recently taken up photography what do you think of these!?

Good start!. Push yourself to see what you're looking at!. Eliminate the railing, make the animal look at you by making a strange sharp noise, maybe its ears would perk up when you snap it!. Wouldn't that be a better pic!? The street scene is okay, but waiting for a car or bicyclist or someone walking w/ a dog or umbrella would add interest to the shot!. The bee shots must be absolutely rock steady!. Consider using a tripod and a cable shutter release!. Read photography books and magazines, watch videos, visit camera stores, and shoot, shoot, shoot!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They are just fine, but what do you want them to say!.

I have to agree with some of the other answers!. Although the pictures are sharp, they are not engaging on an intellectual level and you have taken little time in consider important things like, proportions or composition!. I would recommend a deeper look in the craft and art that is photography and not depending so much on what your camera can do for you!.

If you are going to be serious about this and not just a hobbyist you will need to do further research and study into the field!. You are on the right track, just push it and make it more meaningful!.

Good Luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

No offense is meant by this!. The photos are okay, it seems you've set the camera to auto and went about your day!. You didn't put any thought into most of the photos if any!. Everything is centered, no rule of thirds, the sidewalk isn't even sharp!. What else have you done in these photos besides clicked the shutter!? Put more thought into these photos other than click click click!. Play around with the settings and get some cool effects

If you cant take a negative critique don't ask for our thoughts!. Its best to see your flaws so you can fix them!. We're not a community to feed you lies about how great your poor quality photos are!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Nice stuff -good composition; you might have the eye!. If you're interested in photography, learn the basics and shoot a lot!. It's more important for you to enjoy it, not us!. If you eventually develop a professional interest and your skills and eye are good, your love of the art is what will make your photos shine, not what we think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

woah!. the bee one is awesome!. i don't really like the sidewalk picture because it is too blurry!. i mean its a nice image but whats the point of it!. !. And the dog picture is nice!. It seems that when i look at it its not really focused, like its focused but it isn't!. i'm not sure!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The pictures are great!. Keep taking them!. I took hundreds of pictures when I was young with a 35mm Pentax and have them in albums!. I wrote the names or place and date on the back!. It's fun to look at them 40 years later!.

Nice, especially first one!. Photo 2 shows good, interesting perspective!. Dog pic needs cropping to portrait format (upright) or retaking without intruding black bar!. Nice workWww@QuestionHome@Com
