Question: What is a good brand for watercolor pencils!?
My Art 3 class and I just finished a project with Sketch & Wash graphite watercolor pencils!. It was a different experience, and I liked how it worked!.
I want to try using watercolor pencils!. What brands are the best for it!? I like intense colors, but I also want to be able to move the lead in fluid motions so it doesn't look sketchy!.
I was thinking of trying Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils, but only because I have seen their brand while shopping for Basics Acrylic Paint!. What do you think of Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils!?

also, in my Art class we staple our paper to plywood so it doesn't buckle while painting!. Is there anything else we can use!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Use good watercolor paper or watercolor board!. A good art supply will carry this!. You should use big clips to adhere your paper to your easel!.
Yes, Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils are terrific!. If you get the ones in their own tin, you will be able to avoid the chipping that some people go through with these!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I LOVE Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils! The only thing is that you will want to get a hard plastic or metal case to keep them in because it seems that the tips chip really easily!.!.!.

As far as holding the paper down, I use binder clips like the ones on the link below!. They work really well!
