Always write your bios in third person -- like someone is writing it for you!. Writing in first person quickly becomes like bragging and that is something you need to stay away from!.
Sure, you're bragging but it takes a softer tone in third person!. And be sure to include only your artsy stuff in the bio!. Don't digress into other things you do for a living or hobbies!. Stick to the art things and you'll look quite professional!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Obviously, this person is deceased, so third person!. However, you can always open up in third person, then transcend your information into how their art made you feel ( now you are in first person) and how it might affect others, and then wind up your closing back in third person, by winding down, "So I felt, and Impacted how, and the result of that feeling, or impact, or both" " Society today views the work of this person!.!. " (now you are back in third person, and close your piece!.!.) SO, my answer is, use both affiliations! Mix it up, make it interesting, they want to hear more!.!. Guaranteed a good mark! ~:c) Www@QuestionHome@Com
