Question: Help picking a fine arts college!?

I'm a senior in high school!. i currently attend a specialized school for art!. i want to go to a Visual arts college (BFA or MFA) but i'm not sure where to start!.

I want:
a larger town
accredited fine arts school
experimental
Flexible programs
conceptual
craft oriented (printmaking, fiber work, pottery)
experienced staff
financel aid opportunities
