Is there a way to fold paper and make piece signs, instead of takeing the time to cut them out with a knife!?!Www@QuestionHome@Com

correct, you can fold a piece of paper, cut half circle, the fold from point of center to cut out lower piece in 1/2 pie shape then fold top from center point and cut out full pie shape( or double size of lower half), do not cut to center, leave 1/8" border around all sides, unfold for peace cut-out,

similar to snowflake or paper doll cutouts,
