It would appear that you have a light leak!. Since I suspect this is a digital camera, I'm not sure just how that works!. If it is a film camera you can do the following!. It might work with a digital, too!.

To verify it is a light leak, turn the camera on in daylight, put on the lens cap or some other suitable, light tight lens cover, and take a picture by pressing the shutter - preferably a long exposure!. You may also have to cover the viewfinder!. If there is any image, you have a camera body, light leak problem!. You may be able to determine which side of the camera has the problem!. Whether it can be fixed by tightening something or covering it with electrical tape is a long shot (no pun intended)!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

You have an imbalanced lighting situation!. The longer the exposure is the more your camera will grab the light's reflection from the window, creating some blue shadow (fuzziness) in the picture!. The rest of the picture doesn't look blurry!. Nothing wrong with the camera, it's you setting it at the wrong exposure!. Just play with it till you get the what you want!. I would suggest lowering the exposure!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Clean your lenses!.!.!.!.looks like haze on the lense glass!.!.!.!.!.
Depending on your camera, you may need to clean in and outer lense!.

Notice the glare is near the brightest and closest subject in the picture!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you're probably moving the camera
and there it's catching light and then when the camera moves it creates that blur
try using a tripodWww@QuestionHome@Com

Could be the position of the lens causing a reflection, that's what it looks likeWww@QuestionHome@Com

you might want to change your iso settings or use a flash!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
