I need help dating a photograph for a US History class!.!.!.
The following information will be extremely helpful:

1) Approximate Date (Year) The Photograph Was Taken
2) Facts/Sources to Back Claim On The Year
3) When The Picture Was Taken, Why!?
4) How old is the person in the photograph!? (Estimate)

Would say I can get you to the decade maybe!. Wiggins also took this postcard picture and it is date 1907!.

I think that hair might be cut short (1905) and permed (1905)!.
