Yes, that was the site!. It's easy to fill out the form!. The turnaround time getting your processed number back is about 6-8 months now!. It used to be 2 months till 9/11, then everything started being processed a different way!.

You'll need to fill out the proper form, and send a copy of the book to them!. My dad's done it for both of his books, and I did it for my tarot deck I created!. It's pretty simple!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
