Question: How on earth do i work Corel Photo-paint X4!?

i want to mkae the fancy icons like on www!.iconator!.com

but im not sure how to work Corel photo-paint X4

so i only have a 15 day trial so can anyone hekp me!?

i cant figure out how to animate the icon and make it the right size

there are more steps than basic animation shop for using photo-paint, but you can still design icons and avatars, as well being integrated with Draw, you can add more effects and features to design, you can resize image when frames are complete as set, or start with size and magnify to edit details,
