Question: Have you ever had a color in your head that you lacked words for a!.aka!. need name for color!?

I got a project I'm working on and I need to know a certain type of white!. basically I need to know exactly what I'm talking about because I can't define what I want!. a couple ways I can put it are!.

1!. dull neon white

2!. the color of a sega dream cast!.but more dull

p!.s!. It's the look I'm after!. and yeah I'm looking right at a dream cast and the color I want it duller than that!. please help!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sometimes a name is not as good as a description or naming WHERE you find the color in nature!. I love the color of aqua/blue you see when you look into a glacier crevasse!. !. !. !. but can neither name it nor create it perfectly! And each time you see it is different and yet the same!. !. !. !. !.

I envy you, as I miss my old Dreamcast!. Anyway, You'll probably have to mix colors to get this!. It's a very very pale gray shade!. Another thing you could do is open a pic of a dreamcast in photoshop, use the color picker, get the color html and research it online!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Not every single color has a name!. Your best bet would probably be to look through the paint section and see if anything catches your eye or just mix it yourself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
