No Wicca is not nor has ever been quote unquote Evil !.Now on the other hand Necromancy is and the practitioners of the Grand Grimoire are the ones who practice the black arts !. no-such-thing-as the Darker Crafts they are two arts Light Arts & The Black Arts!.do an internet search to reasearch the topic at hand and you might find the answers you seek!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
