Question: How do you make a picture image 2 inches!? help please!?

my spanish teacher since it is the beginning of the school year gave us a character thing to tell about ourselves and the picture of our self has to be 2 inches as she says and im not sure how to make it she said we have to use percents but i'm confused

Go to Photoshop!. Use Image and then Image size!.
Put in our measurements (i!.e!. 2 inches)!.
Untick the box "Resample Image"

You keep ALL your pixels this way but reduce the size of the printed image!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
