Slow the shutter speed and the camera will take longer to process the image, and in that time you'll have waved your glowstick/light around!.
takes a lot of planning though!. It takes practice to achieve the desired effect perfectly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You have to use a slow Shutter speed!. Don't assume you can get a photo like this necessarily!. This looks a little post-processed!. Some point and shoot cameras don't even have exposures which might last that long!. Good luck in your Endeavor though!Www@QuestionHome@Com
