The left half is your message or "letter" and the right half is your envelope!.

Put return address in upper left, stamp in upper right, and leave room in the lower middle for who it's addressed to!.

Sometimes they don't really leave room for the return address - then you could put it on the left and hope someone saw it!.

Wavy lines on the stamp mean it's already been used!. It's called "cancellation"-when any piece of snail mail gets to the post office, they stamp it so you can't use it all over again!. They used to have the date in that stamp, but now you have to ask for a date stamp if you want the letter dated!. (Or use a mailmeter to stamp postage on the envelope, but those are usually only property of businesses!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com

you might need to contact a commercial printing company that has mailing services for any types of guidelines if you are printing a lot!. I recommend calling ReducedPrinting (www!.reducedprinting!.com) at 718-47-PRINT!. They can usually just talk with you over the phone and give you a consultation and help you out!. But there are Postal Guidelines, so be careful!.
