There's a free program, Photoscape, which lets you do what you are talking about, which is making an animated gif!.

Once downloaded and installed, open the program and click on "Anigif" (located near the bottom of the wheel sort of thing!. Then you just add your photos, choose the timing and export it as a gif file!.

This program also lets you do a lot of other things like screen capture, photo editing and lots more!. A very good free program!.

You cannot do a moving picture in JPEG!. It can only be in !.gif format, or as a flsah file, but gif is more practicalWww@QuestionHome@Com

jpg is flattened image, not for motion images, gif is animated image as shown,
