erm the photo is very much out of focus and is badly composed!.!.!.!.

As for what is happening in the photo!.!.!.!. shootin a book from close range is boring and quite frankly a waste of effort/ammo

The quality of the photo is horrendous, as for discussing what happened in it all I can tell is that someone set a book on top of cinder blocks and shot the book at close range!. There isn't much to discuss, it isn't even an example of marksmanship!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
