What you mean is, is graffiti a crime!? _What_ is painted is irrelevant in terms of legality!. If Raphael painted a Madonna and Child on the New York subway tunnel wall, it would be a crime!. The fact that what one sees on the wall is more likely to be stylized lettering of obscenities and personal names is irrelevant: it is not any more of a crime or less!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sorry, but there are laws about damaging property, just as if you tore it up or burned it!.

The laws are made to protect property!.

graffiti isnt a crime!. you can go to your local craft store and buy REALLY big canvases for about 100$!. you just cant do it on peoples houses and buisnesses!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
