Question: Making similar colors the same!?
I've a png image that has multiple shades of the same color (ex!. the background is dozens of shades of white)!. Is there a easy way for me to make these pixels the same color!? Free/Open Source solutions would be preferable!. : )Www@QuestionHome@Com

The GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is the open-source Photoshop you're looking for!.

First, takethe magic wand ('Fuzzy Select Tool'), and choose the white sections (adjusting the threshold slider as necessary to select the entire region!.

Next, choose the Color menu > Brightness & Contrast!. Set contrast to be the highest value - this should make all of your whites white!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
