Push F5 which will bring up the brush pallet!. Choose your brush then highlight Brush Tip Shape from the menu at left!. Toward the bottom right you'll see your brush, from there you can change the size, roundness and angle of the brush!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In elements 6 goto the brush icon on top click on it bring down dialog box it will be the angel one!.

Thats a new one on me, and I have been using PS for many years!. I do not know that a brush can be rotated!.!.!.!. or!.!.!. why you would need to!?!?!?
