Where can i add the Otep logo to my picture?

Question: Where can i add the Otep logo to my picture!?

Otep is having fans put the otep logo and the rock the vote logo in there default picture on myspace,and i cant figure out how to do it!.Do you know of any websites that i could do it on!?I have both of the logos,i just dont know how to add them to my picture!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
