How do i do this with one of my pictures?

Question: How do i do this with one of my pictures!?

i saw this and thought it was really cool i have a mac so can anyone tell me the steps!?

i have adobe photoshop
and on it there are filters and one of them is call "cutout"
and it makes it look exactly like that
and you can change how much it looks like a cutout compared to the real photo
you would edit each photo separately and then put them together!.!.
here is how i would do it on adobe photoshop:
1!.open your image
2!.go to the filter menu at the top
3!.go to filter gallery
4!.look under the 'Artistic' tab and select 'Cutout'
5!.use the sliders to adjust how you want it to look
and then repeat the steps for all the photos, save them
and then
6!. either copy and paste all the images into a paint program (i havea pc so i dont know about macs) or make a new file in photo shop and copy and paste all the images into a row like in the picture you wanted
