What can be done image theft ? ?

Question: What can be done image theft !? !?

Recently i did a photo shoot for a friend and one of those images have been used for a myspace profile that isn't too nice , like it has mean words and such !. Reason they don't have a watermark is that they were for a friend and they aren't even on my flickr anymore , so whoever took it most of gotten it from my friend !. So can anything be done about that !?

Contact the myspace management and inform them that there is a breach of copyright!. You own the copyright to those images!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, people can be stealing your images, saving them to your computer, erasing your watermarks, and calling them their own!. People can be stealing your images ( and anyone's images in general ) and be using them without permission!. So, when something happens like this, the only thing you can do is email the person who took them, and tell them to get delete the image, and warn them not to attempt it again!.

Or, you can contact the myspace!.com authorities, as liddybeff said, you'll have to prove that they're your images though!. It shouldn't be much of a problem though!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, grown ups would sue!.!.!. but I'm sure you're not too interested in that!. You should be able to report it to the myspace authorities though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
