Question: What Dimensions Should I Use For a Flash Movie!?
I am in the process of making a short, animated movie for a school project, and ,as it's already on my computer, I've been trying to learn how to use Flash!.!.!.

My question is basically this:

If I am to make an animation suitable for a large television or screen, what would be the best dimensions to have the document at to ensure that the images don't go fuzzy!?

I'm not sure if it's relevent but the animation is going to be hand-drawn, will this affect anything!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hi,

If you′re going to do in hand-drawn you will have no problems in resizing it, I suppose that it will be like Happy Tree Friends!.

Well, I recommend to use a resolution of 1024x768 px for TVs that have an aspect radio of 4:3 (Those are the most common)

If you′re going to show it on a 16:9 , you need to use 1280x720px !.

if it's hand drawn IN flash it will be vector based and then resize without distortion!. You should find out what type of screen this will be on as widescreen is done at 16:9 aspect ratio!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
